The location here is great, right off the main area, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.

We were there for 2 nights and felt would stay there again. Location : the hotel was near Roosevelt or the surrounding area and an excellent Mexican restaurant. Also, Utah State University was 1 mile away.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient amenities in our room like the Iron & Board, Microwave, and Fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a great deal for our stay. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.

The motel offered good value for the price. The couple running the place were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was somewhat comfortable, and I appreciated that the AC was already on when we arrived, keeping the room nice and cool. The bathroom space was not cramped, allowing for a comfortable stay.

On the downside, the motel showed signs of wear and had stained furniture, which was off-putting. The bathroom had a big open seam and the room had an older hotel smell.

Value for money 🌟. The stay was really great considering the price.
